Boring Desk...I Think Not!

My office at work and my office at home are anything but boring. Making sure my workspace is complete with color, texture, and fun little items to keep me entertained when I need a break, are essential to survival. (a little exaggerated, but true.)

Never to Old for a Cupcake

Check out this super cute, super yummy looking cupcakery in the Marina District in San Francisco.  Bubble Gum, Cotton Candy, Black & Tan and S'Mores are just a few of the oddball flavors you can taste.

 Also, the color-changing bubble lights hanging from the ceiling and powder white countertops makes this spot pretty cool if you ask me. Makes me want to have a celebration of some sort here with a few of my gal pals.

Road Tripin' on the CA Coast

This past weekend my fiance and I, and one of my bridesmaids and her BF went camping in Gualala, CA, just a 2.5 hour drive up the Sonoma Coast line. Talk about a magical place.

Our campsite was 1/2 a mile from the beach, surrounded by ferns and moss covered trees. We were there for just one night, but it felt like an entire weekend. No cell phones, computers, no time schedule to answer to. We drank champagne, laughed all night long, made s'mores at midnight, and feel alseep well past our bedtimes. The next morning we took a few different hikes out to the beach. The combination of the warm sand and the crisp california coast air was just what the doctor ordered.Overall, it was a fabulous trip, with fabulous friends. We hope to make it an annual event.

Growing Old Together

 As the days go by, and our wedding date nears, I find myself falling more and more in love with my fiance. He constantly makes me feel loved and cared for.

We are blessed to have each other and still laugh and love as much as we do after six years of being together, this October.
